HUNTSVILLE, AL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY {Jamie and Bob}

We are so excited to share Jamie and Bob’s wedding with you all today. Their wedding was on a perfect November afternoon when it was just cold enough to make you want to snuggle up to your sweetie and drink some hot chocolate= perfect setting for a fall wedding. Jamie really wanted their wedding to be a reflection of who they were and planned everything herself. She did such a great job incorporating little parts of their backgrounds into the wedding decor! We hope you enjoy looking through all the images.

Wedding Dress Designer: Something Blue Shoppe
Caterer: Main Event Catering
DJ: We had a band composed of a friend and his dad and brother
Florist: Sacred Stone
Venue: Sacred Stone
Planner: Me, Myself, and I. Im very particular and knew exactly how I wanted everything. I had made a lot of the decor and spent months prior searching antique shops and thrift stores high and low. The day before my wedding, a few of my bridesmaids and some of my Husbands family spent the day setting up the venue, it was so much fun seeing it all come together!
Music: Band
Your favorite part of the day: I had set up the tables and decor the night before, walking in and seeing all the flowers; the floral centerpieces, my bouquets, the arbor flowers, and the large arrangements for buffet table took my breath away! Lisa, the owner of Sacred Stone, certainly has a gift!
Advice to other brides: Don’t follow too many trends or think that because everyone else did it, that you need to do it. After our wedding, everyone kept saying to me “Your wedding was so you!” “and “Your wedding was so perfect for you two!,” I focused on what my Husband and I liked so that when we looked back on the day, we would have no regrets. Also, don’t leave for your honeymoon the next morning, I’ve never been so tired in my entire life! Have a day to recoup.
Any fun fact from the day: I forgot my veil at home….an hour away….it wasn’t until I was getting my hair done, that the hairdresser said “how do you want to do your veil?” that it was realized, luckily one of the groomsmen had time to run to my house and fetch it!
